Having trouble accessing your JoyJoy purchase? Follow the steps below or contact our support team.
After payment
After Stripe confirms payment, use the Download high resolution button on the success page. Standard purchases download a watermark-free JPG.
Personalized files
A personalized purchase prepares the finished high-resolution JPG and a print-ready PDF when you use the download button.
Opening your files
On iPhone or Android, check Files or Downloads. On Windows, open Downloads in File Explorer. On Mac, open Downloads in Finder. JPG opens in Photos or Preview; PDF opens in your browser or PDF reader.
Missing, damaged, or incorrect file
If the file is missing, damaged, or the paid personalized name differs from your preview, contact JoyJoy Support with your order number and a screenshot if available.
Your secure link is valid for 48 hours
Download and safely store your files before the link expires. If it has expired or the download button is unavailable, JoyJoy Support can verify the purchase and help restore access.
JoyJoy Purchase Promise
Your celebration matters to us. If your personalized file is incorrect, damaged, or unavailable after payment, contact us within seven days. We'll correct the file or provide a replacement at no additional cost.
Digital purchases are subject to the JoyJoy Refund Policy.
