Covers private, non-commercial use: greetings sent to friends and family, social posts about a personal celebration, home printing, phone wallpapers and personal party decorations.

Covers business use: bakery and shop marketing, paid client work, advertising, packaging, printed products you sell, and use inside your own app or service.

Reselling, redistributing or sharing the original files; offering them in a stock library or template pack; using them as a trademark or logo; or claiming you created the artwork.

You receive a licence to use the file — the artwork itself stays with JoyJoy World. We do not claim exclusivity on your behalf: other customers may licence the same cake.

Names you type are rendered in your browser. We only store a name when it is part of a purchase, so we can reissue your file. Names are never sold or shared.
