Refund policy

Because files are delivered instantly, purchases are generally final. If a file fails to download, arrives damaged, or is clearly not the cake shown on the page, contact us within 14 days and we will fix it or refund you in full.

Check the free watermarked preview before buying — it shows exactly how your name will appear. If the paid file does not match the preview, we will re-render it or refund you.

You can cancel a cake plan at any time. Your credits stay available until the end of the paid period and the plan is not renewed. Unused credits do not roll over and are not refunded.
